ACV has quite a lot of drinks and other recopies usage. But for today, i will only include one Detox recipe, while the rest of the recipes will be coming much later in my subsequent blogs. But most importantly, i would rather prefer listing them after i had tried them out, because i love to be sure of my recipes before announcing them to the public so as to be very sure and certain about their remedies and effectiveness before writing about them.
This apple cider vinegar detox drink recipe is very easy and simple to prepare. Above all, its an easy to remember recipe. It contains cinnamon which also has a lot of health benefits, that also helps in preventing body buildup fat, as well as helps to make your body digest food in a way that it will make you feel fuller for longer period without craving for in between meals or snacks.
Cayenne pepper increases your internal body temperature (thermogenesis). As a result, your body works to cool itself down which requires more calories as it cools, so it helps in weight management too.

Classic Lemon Water ACV Detox Drink Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Honey (optional)
